Ok I guess wearing sunglasses indoors can only be pulled off in Jersey (or warehouse raves, but I digress). So not by Cuban chicks in work clothes at her house. Not happening. But I am all for trying new things.. This one I think I will stay away from (atleast it was still daylight out, it can always be worse). The look was just a preppy little number that was one of those stripped down back to basics that I came up with while I was drowsily dressing that morning.

I had also yet to figure out how to get the hall light to work.

Ok Sorry the pix are soo dark but I hadn't figured out where all the light switches in the new place are. So the natural light from the odd placed windows had to do.. I chose this spot because it was the only boxless place in the house that there was.. I think it kinda stuck as the new go to spot for photos. This is at the end of the hall outside my studio.. So close enought to grab my camera & tripod for a few quick pics before changing and jumping into my Suzy homemaker role. And yes the battery in the watch is still dead.

I am soo crushing on the nudes and pale colors this spring.. I love how they can soften and dress up about anything. I am also loving the tribal prints coming back into rotation. So I can say I had a fling with no other than this Spring's fashion trends.

I don't know what possed me to wear red tights to work one day but I did it. It was a little odd and slightly less dressed up than I normally am but hey I had sexy face all day so ::shrugs shoulder:: Meh! Though when I reminisce (yes I googled the correct way to spell that) about this outfit I have an itch to say the pledge of allegience.. but oh welll..

P.S. This was my interim place for shoots as my living room was slowly turning into the box monster that was multiplying uncontrollably.

Hehe if you read the caption for how old these pants are I would get a gold star just for the fact that they still fit.. These are to date my favorite pair of dress pants. They are this great stretcy material that fits like a dream. The material also works great because they don't wrinkle so they can go folded in my closet, after just being pulled out of the dryer... Anything dressy that doesn't have to be dry- cleaned it at the top of my list. !

Something about this outfit screams 90s to me. I am not sure if it is the baggy pants the off the shoulder baggy sweater, or the suede pumps. But I think this outfit embodied the 90s in all of it gloriousness.

Ok so not really but seeing as I really rocked leg warmers & glitter shoes to work and didn't get so much as a sideway look I did dance a little jig when I got home. This outfit did totally remind me of my old Ballet days, so I decided that with my last pose I would give a nod to the olden days. And I know I know all you real Ballet chics out there are probably cringing because my form is all wrong but seriously just because they are referred to as Ballet flats doesn not make them anywhere near as flexible as real ballet shoes. In addition to these shedding glitter everytime they rub together. Dorothy's worst nightmare..

To all of those who watch Cougar town, you soo got that reference. I wore this to dinner with the girls (&Ed) from his neighborhood. We went just down the street from his old condo and as it was mid week it was nice to get out without getting all glammed up.

I look strange in each one of these pics. I loved the outfit and it kept me warm. That scard works great with just about anything because of the color combo in it..

Ok if you see in the last pic Hookah does this all the time to her brother. She is trying to block his way so that she is the only one that get my attention.. I don't like her doing this because I don't want Alfie to think I love her more (because of I course I belive my pups are capable of complex emotions such as jealousy) but it still gives me a giggle because she is so adament to block his way and makes this really weird warbling sound when she does it.. its funny that that much stuborness can come out of something so small.
